# Health Incentive Programs

Research shows that workplace health incentive programs offering rewards, can be effective in promoting healthy behaviours. A study published in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine found that participants in a reward-based workplace wellness program had a 55% higher engagement rate compared to those in a traditional program.
