# Intergenerational Dynamics

Today’s Generation Y & Z combined, make up a substantial volume of the global population demographics; e.g. according to the Department of Statistics; Gen Y & Z account for approximately 58% of total population as of Jan 1st 2022. The majority of APAC & Greater Asia nations boast similar ratios towards their Millennials & Zs increasingly dominating population demographics.

Couple this with the evident percentage of these younger populations adopting decentralised use-cases / utilities in a variety of ways in their lives – albeit cryptocurrency, NFTs, DeFi, GameFi P2E, etc. E.g. according to Chainanalysis. Vietnam ranks number 1 on the 2022 Global Crypto Adoption Index Top20.
